So Penn State fired James Franklin to eventually get Kalani Sitake? I won’t say it can’t work, but it’s a move that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me and doesn’t seem like a very good fit.

My chapter specifically focuses on the history, notably the racist history and weaponization, of the bar exam, accreditation, and the LSAT. In addition, it talks about the role white spaces and the white gaze play in law school as well as how to alter white spaces and eliminate the white gaze.

I don’t understand why this is so hard for people to understand or comprehend. If you have to go for two at some point, you do it ASAP. If you don’t get it regardless of when you attempt, you likely lose. So do it early to get more information and give yourself a chance, even if it’s a slim chance.

Already addressed this: I know how the Homeland Security Act dismantled INS and split into three agencies: ICE, USCIS, and CBP. My argument is that the structure, focus, resources and power is different. Also I’m not arguing that immigration enforcement is new but I’m speaking of ICE as it is today.

I assume they mean Greg Casar, the rep from Texas although I’m unclear what makes him post-liberal.

In addition to ideas already stated, it will also be harder because of credibility/legitimacy, not with liberal lawyers but conservatives.

Many liberal lawyers, even though they disagree, treat the FedSoc as credible/legitimate in ways that many conservative lawyers won't, which gives FedSoc power.

The biggest issue seems to be his messy use of "liberal" and what ideologies/philosophies he's attaching to liberal and/or liberalism. Also, it's unclear what he means by "post-liberal" and who that would even apply to.

When people claim liberal arts education is unnecessary, I remind them how often we hear/see: “This isn’t the America I know”.

And I remind them that with liberal arts education, they would know what America is as well as how, why, and when we got here. But that’s also why many want it eliminated.

ICE isn’t even 23 years old. Most adults know a world without ICE. And the billions used to fund ICE can be used to meet people’s basic needs.

My hot take: People focus too much on the idea that people are easily "canceled" when they should focus on the idea that people are often too easily forgiven. That allows people to do/say bad things, apologize without repair/reconciliation, and then be accepted again without reckoning with the harm.

She’s right.
1) Look at the attacks she received as 1st Lady/today.
2) Look how she’s perceived compared to her husband.
3) Even if you saw Harris/H. Clinton as flawed, look at their opponent who had far more flaws. We’ve had 45 flawed men as President. The flaws of 2 women were seen differently.

To be honest, I think this is how it’ll be for a while. Everyone is going to think they can win because of NIL and what Indiana is doing, so we’re going to see a lot of teams fire their coaches after a short period or even after a year of success like Beamer just had.

Best case scenario was him to finish out the season fairly strong then go to VT but now he’s either fired this year or likely next year. Next year they’re at Clemson, Alabama, Florida, and Oklahoma with UGA, A&M, and Tennessee at home. And I’m not sure they have a better team next year either.

These claims are false and can be easily proven to be false. News organization that allows these blatant lies to be said without pushback or fact checks are culpable and should be called out for providing a platform for these lies.

This is nonsense. People are asking Democrats to not fold on an issue that takes away basic, essential needs. That's not "fighting each other". That's telling their Rep to actually REPRESENT them. Instead, multiple Dems gave in for nothing and have shown absolutely no interest in that bigger fight.

The specific case/argument and the merits. If conservatives want to overturn Obergefell, this would be a bad case to try to do so.

It is good that Supreme court denied this request, but the pause that I have is that it was turned down not because many (maybe a majority) don't want to overturn Obergefell but because this specific request was a bad test case and they know it. Multiple justices are waiting for the "right" case.
