Not just more important but incompatible with, evidently.
12.02.2026 22:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I think this means that, in the midterms, the Democrats could run a ham sandwich and still win.
12.02.2026 17:04 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Reminder #2: All of them were Republicans.
12.02.2026 16:58 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Are there consequences for the judge when they issue a search warrant based upon such a deficient affidavit.
11.02.2026 16:50 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Heβll figure it out right up until his livelihood makes it clear that not figuring it out is imperative - and weβre not talking about his official Senate salary.
06.02.2026 15:58 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0No unrepentant Republican need ever hope to earn my vote (as if that were a thing).
06.02.2026 01:45 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Non-disclosure agreements are the tools of people behaving badly; an NDA is like a mask on an ICE agentβs face. Honest, decent public servants donβt need them.

03.02.2026 18:34 β π 0 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Like the simpler βbutβ, the word βhoweverβ functionally means βforget everything Iβve just said and start listening nowβ.
03.02.2026 18:31 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This all needs to end the Republican Party, not because they all go to jail, but because no one ever trusts them again. A representative republic must be founded on truth and trust. A betrayal of those must be fundamentally disqualifying.

Thereβs a lot of information and disinformation about what is going on with ICE and our immigration system under Trump; it is hard to know what to believe. In my opinion, you can still trust what a judge writes. For good information, read this. Scandalous!
Obviously, βetcβ does VERY heavy lifting above. Trumped up charges have been central to Republican smear campaigns for my whole (long) life. But, in the 2nd Trump administration, these trumped up smears have all now been funneled into our justice system through formal prosecutions under Bondi.
02.02.2026 16:35 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Itβs astonishing to me how applicable the long-established vernacular term βtrumped-up chargesβ (which was a well ensconced aphorism LONG before Donald Trump had any political attention), but is so little used in public media. Prosecutions of: Comey, James, Lemon, Powell etc ALL are TRUMPED UP.
02.02.2026 16:28 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0βHe helped β β¦ by lying about it during the campaign and inartfully applying orange makeup?? Thatβs about all he did during the Biden Presidency. A truly free press wouldnβt let such obvious bullshit pass unremarked.
01.02.2026 19:09 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0More Trumped-up changes. The term gets more apt every day.
30.01.2026 21:55 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Are the warrants (like the one for Gabbardβs ballot seizure in Fulton County and Don Lemonβs arrest warrant for the protest in the ICE pastorβs church) public documents that are available for review by the public? What is actually known concerning these warrants?
30.01.2026 18:58 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0How do we know that what ICE agents are doing is wrong? They cover their faces while doing it.
How do we know that what the Trump Administration is doing is wrong? When challenged about it, they immediately reach for a lie.
If we accept a government which lies, weβve given up our democracy.
Why is the tariff case taking so long? Every day, suspect tariff rates are applied to billions of dollars and millions of tons cargo. Rates were changed unconstitutionally and dramatically across the board. This has long been an emergency. This dawdling by Supreme Court is dereliction of duty.
03.12.2025 15:12 β π 0 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Diplomatic immunity, anyone?? Nothing says βRepublican β more than militant ignorance.
28.01.2026 03:20 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I feel safer when criminals are behind bars for their sentences and subsequently deported, not removed from prison by ICE and released somewhere else or just pardoned by the President if they give enough money to his campaign or crypto account.

The Republican majority on the Supreme Court used similar reasoning in the immunity decision saying that the possibility of prosecution after the fact would impermissibly discourage a President from boldly breaking the law.
Mission accomplished! Again, no hesitation.
This was their ruling AFTER PRETTI WAS KILLED, irreparably.
This is what Republicans consider justice. Telling Republican agents to hesitate and follow the law is irreparable harm out balancing even the death of an innocent citizen observer.
So says the court IN HINDSIGHT. Things need to change.
