Imagine all my friends dressed to the nines in cute outfits perfect for a Halloween dance party and then I am there in my ratty flannel and Carhartt jacket and trucker hat

Anyway last night I went to a t4t puppygirl rave in a basement and all I did was sit in the darkest booth furthest from the dance floor with my friend eating candy while our other friends danced

Yeah! Yeah! I guess I'm just glad she said it upfront rather than waiting until I actually dive into like, CSA, and then she stops me to tell me the things I'm speaking about are too awful to speak aloud 🫠

I think it's more her setting her own boundaries of comfort, but it's like, how can you expect someone to effectively work through their trauma, if they're constantly worrying about going into too much detail for their therapist

I don't see that working. I just see it making me feel more ashamed
