This attempt at rebranding from fascists is both really bad and really lazy. People who know anything about Romans know that this was not used by Romans, and was instead adopted by Benito Mussolini, a fascist.

Leaking is an interesting word for “selling.” TikTok is the tip of the iceberg honestly.

Simply put, Pam Bondi is a doofus. She was a foreign agent for another state. She represented Trump and fully supports him. She’s a mouthpiece for his cause, but looks very dumb during questioning. She’s not qualified, but she’s what we’re getting.

Because Brazil has a history of holding the artist formerly known as Twitter accountable, and because it’s part of the law that social media needs to be policed there. In removing moderation, Brazil can just kill all Meta platforms for noncompliance.

TikTok is spyware that has subverted elections in places like Romania in favour of chaos candidates. Trump and China are the same. Trump thinks it’s a win when countries move hard right. China thinks it’s a win because they’re easier to control. It’s a loss for freedom, which both applaud.

I want to write speeches that vent my frustrations but character limits stress how effectively I can get accord my views. In order to share ideas, I need more than 2 sentences. Fuck, I’m already halfway through my character limit. Three fourths. Ok uhh… I’ll share files in the future.

I was about to post some political thing but I’m glad I didn’t. I think it’s sort of best to ignore the craziness for my own well being for a little while.

Now that I’ve come out this piece of advice plays more and more like a bad gay joke.

While corporate lobbying has become so depressingly normal in the US that it’s hard to trudge through everyday life without being affected by it, at least I can take joy in a physical “I Voted” sticker knowing my vote is meaningless and that 538 random people will decide my destiny for me.

The increase in NP lobbying is most definitely concerning. This stuff is too normal.

But as an American, my biggest takeaway is that you have a mascot for your elections named “Orange Guy,” because this will never not be funny. You don’t get “I Voted” stickers, but can opt for a digital GIF of him.
