I saw KGLW twice this weekend and feel like a million bucks. My only gripe is that I have no idea how long it will be until I can see them again 😭

I downloaded #iOS26 beta with the new design language, Liquid Glass. I DESPISE it. I don’t like the home design. I don’t like the app control design. I don’t like the new Carplay design. Overall, it’s an L. Not leaving iOS, but PUH-RAYING that iOS 27 makes some big changes like iOS 8 did for 7.

I've seen Ghost several times and been a fan of theirs for a decade. It's amazing the number and intricacy of costumes at the shows (ahem... rituals) now. It makes Phish show attire seem downright normal.

The humor here is Homer designed the car in the photo, not AI. While AI *is* full of garbage, so is most of what people generate. I'm not taking a side, just saying that an AI output can be filled with mistakes and also be better, faster, and cheaper than human-generated output filled with mistakes.

5th Avenue > Butterfinger

In fact, Butterfinger is actually pretty terrible. The toffee-ish center gets stuck in your teeth w/ an overwhelming pb flavor. There's virtually no cocoa in it - the description doesn't say ANYTHING about chocolate. Side by side, it's not even close. Butterfinger loses.

Y'all, this is so exciting. Umphrey's "Raw Stewage" sets are some of the most exciting that UM has played in recent years, and getting official versions of these songs is almost at the top of my wish list (right alongside writing a UM setlist 😉).

Spend your money on the right experiences for you. For me, that's a dash of Phish, a shake or two of Umph, a little KGLW, and many other spices sprinkled in. Sounds like you're making the right call.

I've been trying to understand the polyrhythms of KGLW's Witchcraft. It's just INSANE. The drums are in 7/16 (for the verses) but the guitars are... not. It's mind boggling. Even more confusing than Catching Smoke, which I count in a 33-beat(!) cycle. I am flummoxed. #KGLW

Agree, but I bought tickets to 2 KGLW shows for about $74.50 each, $88 after tax. I don't think that's unreasonable in 2025, even for a run. I don't think anything outside of small clubs is <$50/ticket anymore.
