Because two things can be true at once:

1) Don't fucking throw stones through Winston Peters' windows. Stupid move on every conceivable front.

2) That doesn't require anyone to sit for civility trolling from a man who is about as credible on that topic as sex advice from Ghislaine Maxwell. #nzpol

How Peters and Seymour react when they incite political violence, btw. And there are numerous examples of them doing this.

The fact that this dichotomy exists, and that media and some politicians are buying into it, is a signal of increasing fascism, for whatever that’s worth.

Greta Thunberg is such a class act, even when she's been horrifically mistreated by the IDF she does not make it about herself and remains consistent in her messaging in wanting the relentless campaign of oppression and genocide against the Palestinian people to end.

Winston Peters gleefully and unapologetically made comments that inflamed the hate campaign against Benjamin Doyle, that ultimately led to their resignation from Parliament, a campaign which included threats to the life of themselves and their child. Which is, I'm sure, unrelated.
