Newsome might not be the perfect candidate (same with Harris) but we're better off with a sane leadership group than these Christian Fundamentalist and MAGA Followers. They're actively pulling the country down into a degraded status, vulnerable to the Union's enemies.

On Valentine’s Day, 1990, at the request of Carl Sagan, NASA turned Voyager 1's camera back toward home for one last look.

From 3.7 billion miles away, it captured this: a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.

Here is how Carl Sagan beautifully described it:

β€œLook again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it, everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor, and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every 'superstar,' every 'supreme leader,' every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there β€” on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.

The Earth is the only world known so far to harbor life. There is nowhere else, at least in the near future, to which our species could migrate. Visit, yes. Settle, not yet. Like it or not, for the moment the Earth is where we make our stand. It has been said that astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience. There is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another, and to preserve and cherish the pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known.”

Elon Musk posted about race almost every day in January Many social media posts by Tesla CEO on his platform are indiscernible from those of white supremacists, say experts

Behold the new Henry Ford, the new Hendrik Verwoerd. Likely soon trillionaire in a world where billionaires are an obscenity. Hatchet-man of USAID, he's doomed tens of thousands to needless death and may yet become the 21st century's most bloody-handed man. Behold Elon Musk: white supremacist swine.

I have not forgotten anyone (well, maybe a few people) on social media. I've been busy curating a really solid live set. I'll need to record and sync the video of the performance, so I can preserve it for the future. March will be a fun month!

Other social apps punish links β€” we think linking out should be easy. Live Now is part of how we're making that happen.

While in beta, Live Now is currently limited to Twitch links. Support for other streaming platforms may follow as we learn from the beta.
