The insurance company is under contract until the end of the year. They cannot increase the cost until a new contractual change is allowed. Insurance companies will have to pay the tariffs or tell contracted customers that their medications are no longer available. Millions of lawsuits.

So how does insurance deal with 250% tariffs and medications? If you have a contract for medication insurance it can only be charged once a year and they must pay for the tiers they agreed to. I am guessing this will hit insurers hard.
