New video discussing the elusive status effect and how it may very well catch a lot of people off guard once this next patch goes live. Revenge of the bunny rabbit I suppose.
RE9 is hands down a solid 9/10 game on a first playthrough. There are some nitpicky things that could make the score lower, but the things it excels at make the game feel very well done. Now to see if replayability is going to be a problem...
Scooby Doo Night of 100 Frights unironically has one of my favorite OSTs from a video game.

The lack of critical thinking skills is a widespread problem that is not talked about enough. It's more common than you even want to imagine.
TIL that "omnious vibes" is a phrase only ai can create and that "matches" is not an interchangeable or equivalent word to "trials" in Dead by Daylight. I am constantly reminded of the idiocy of people, as well as the damage that ai has done. FFS people can we get a brain please?
I assume gen 10 will be launching later this year. If it doesn't, then Pokemon might make gen 9 the longest gen since gens 3 & 4.
I've yet to finish Scarlet/Violet and Legends Arceus, and also have yet to start ZA (probably should finish the other two first I imagine). I know Pokemon will likely be announcing a bunch of new stuff in less than 2 months, including gen 10, but I'm not mentally ready for that.
For those unaware, DBD's winter party starters got a small buff for the 2025 Bone Chill event.
*the worst calendar year
2025 has not been the best calendar year for DBD, but its not been the worst. It's hard to judge calendar years with DBD, as they have a specific content cycle that starts and ends in the summer, but if I had to pick a worst calendar year, it was 2021.
It hasn't set in yet that 2025 is almost over. Not sure when it will set in.
The 4th generation of Pokemon is simply the best...mostly because of Sinnoh, but Johto is nice too.
The PTB formula is broken, and it has been for quite some time. The results from the 9.2 and 9.3 PTBs are just the most recent examples of it malfunctioning.
2v8 is overdue for some major innovation when it comes to survivor...

And while this cursed pallet was not a product of the pallet density update, if there's one thing that should be learned from that mess, it's that pallet loop balance/design moving forward requires a more thoughtful approach. Slapping filler pallets everywhere ≠ map balancing.
This cursed pallet is a terrific example of how not to design a pallet loop (granted it's on a map with a lot of strong pallets already).
Win streaks, comp queues, and tunneling/slugging/camping are all great discussion topics, but here's what Dead by Daylight needs to really focus on: adding more animals like the tanuki. There is a serious lack of variety in the wildlife on every map.
The tanuki is the most adorable thing in DBD.
A quick video to document this special bug and show the series of events that led to this happening.

A flashlight beam that permanently shines without a source. I've never seen this bug before, but it has quickly become one of my favorites. The series of events that led to his happening seem strangely specific, but it is DBD after all.
DBD's Halloween event has some glaring flaws compared to last year. Nothing will ever beat the 2018 Halloween event though...that was a true nightmare.
DBD map variety is so boring and repetitive lately. Having a variety of different maps to play is important to the overall health and enjoyment of the game, and I don't understand why some maps are being pushed more than others (Nostromo, Lerys, Toba, and more).
Stressing about stuff outside of my control is a terrible habit I repeat, but idk what to do about it. Trying to keep things in perspective is easier said than done.
I just recently noticed that my Claudette and Meg have unreleased cosmetics in both of their inventories. I'm not 100% sure how this occurred, but given the buggy state of DBD lately, I'm frankly not that surprised.
Would be very curious to know how Arnold Shapiro feels about BB ever since Grodner took over. It has to be disappointing to watch the show you once oversaw become a shell of its former self. The permanent damage that has been done to BB in the Grodner era is astronomical. #BB27
There's lots of talk about the tunneling and slugging changes, but how about those pallet and dead zone changes? youtu.be/MEE16yjuD0U
