I realized I forgot to post this picture of our permanent resident turkey, Jonas, and his new girlfriend!

They just moved in together and are negotiating how much closet space each of them gets.

We are entering a new planting and cropping season with far fewer farm workers. Farm jobs' minimum wage and working conditions are not palatable to Americans.

Increasing gas prices from war and tariffs are going to make prices spike.

Expect food prices to go even higher.

I can't STAND people who let their cats wander freely outside esp at night. Woke up to some smaller cat getting the fuck beat out of it by a local cat outside our window & it terrified one of mine so much she won't come out and eat. I can only HOPE the targeted cat is okay, they'd both ran off. 💢
