But, we're top after hammering last year's second place finishers 5-3 this afternoon, so I'm kind of neutral about the whole thing right now

... presumably to streamline the transfers of the best players out of Japan as soon as possible, they have come up with a system that makes the league look like a laughing stock

it's completely idiotic, and means that the most 'exciting' away game we get for the next five months is at some shithole in REDACTED. The league doesn't seem to realise that in its desire to kiss the ring of European football...

... and J2 and J3 are combined, split east and west and then split into two more groups

No draws allowed. If it's a draw after 90 mins it goes straight to penalties and then the winner gets two points and the loser one

Because the melts at the J League think we should sync up with the European season, (in spite of the fact that in large parts of Japan it will be impossible to play football from November to March), we are doing a half season where J1 is split east and west...

My friend, who is a very irregular Ryukyu fan from overseas just asked me this question
