I’d say Killer of Killers is well worth your time. An anthology that isn’t really, which expands gloriously on the themes of Prey. Plus it’s animated, which is a Good Thing.
And finally; I also failed to ruin legendary CBBC comedy drama The Dumping Ground, now on it’s 14th series and being consistently all brilliant and that: www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBGY...
And while we’re on stuff I currently have on TV, the brilliant basketball sitcom HIGH HOOPS is also on CBBC and iPlayer and has been equally unruined by my involvement www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Q14...
Here’s a nice thing for crap times: sci-fi comedy adventure Girl Troop V Aliens is on CBBC and iPlayer now - and it’s not even slightly ruined by having had me write an episode www.youtube.com/watch?v=ut0g...
Just finished watching the excellent Dirty Business on Channel 4. If you haven’t seen it, please do. You can also add your name to this petition: you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/en...

Anyone else finding it hard to concentrate on doing notes on a sitcom script today…?
This couldn’t be clearer. Bannon’s texts to Epstein in mid July 2018 - “overthrowing May right now” and in “London with Boris” as well as his appearance on LBC with Nigel Farage are prettying damning evidence of a cross party plot with foreign backing
Too late to let Burnham run…?
Nice piece on the legendary 1 in 12 Club in The Guardian - and even a passing reference to the all-night raves. It felt like a home-from-home in the 90s (if you go to their FB page you can find a photo of a skinny me DJing on the bottom floor. But don’t do that) www.theguardian.com/music/2026/j...
This is excellent (although “reverse-centaur” sounds like some kind of shagging position involving a horse) www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-i...
Tram! At last! Get in!
What’s this? I’m STILL not in any starters packs? Unbelievable!
Bradford City of Culture closing ceremony. What an amazing year! Huge congrats to everyone involved, particularly the missus.
Oh - are people slagging off a movie they haven’t seen based on a trailer again? Brilliant. Well done everyone. You are all heroes.
Unbelievable! This is what happens when I keep my mouth shut…
You see, this is why I never post about the football. FFS…
Yeeeeeek! COME ON LEEDS!
Since we are once again dealing with "the only silent era comedians of note were men" I feel I need to stand up for the ladies.
Marion Davies!

Just for clarity I haven’t yet tried it on a swarm of wasps - but definitely interested to hear the results. (No liability accepted for loss of control of lawnmowers whilst adopting the wasp-repelling Fonzie position)
My teenage daughter once pointed out to me that the second movie would have had much more at stake if Anakin had been the bodyguard and best friend of Padme’s husband, and then deliberately let him die so they could be together. I mean, that’s actually a story.
🔴All the Big Government Reforms the Media Hasn’t Been Telling You About
You probably won’t have read much about these announcements over the past few weeks...

Let me tell you a story (before the ship explodes):
I notice the free speech warriors weren’t up in arms when hook-handed cleric Abu Hamza was done for inciting violence. What was it about hook-handed cleric Abu Hamza that stopped them defending his free speech?
*the 10% most belligerent stripy bastards are immune to wasp-fonzy
Last month, while being bothered by wasps at a picnic table, a woman told me that clicking my fingers at them would make them go away. After testing this thoroughly I’m happy to report that it works in 90% of cases* and also makes me look like a wasp-banishing Fonz. Recommend.
