Artemis was limping on her rear leg, and I was worried because she can't afford another amputation. The vet did x-rays, and is a soft tissue issue. She's got orders for some new meds and some rest. She's still a bit high from the sedative for the X-rays. #dogsofsky #tripoddog

My other dog is too big to sit on my chest in the hammock and pant on my face. She has to stand next to me to pant on my face. Though before her leg was amputated, her size did not stop her from sitting on me on the couch.

The raptors in my area are too small to carry off Binky. He's 25 lbs of floof. Despite that he watches the sky and while he chases all the other birds out of the yard when the hawk flies over, Binky will be under the deck or the bushes in a snap.

Artemis and Maggie were scared to death last night, despite trazadone (and in Artemis's case gabapentin). Binky on the other hand was not scared and decided he should fight the fireworks and make them shut up.
