Pseudotime trajectory created with Monocle3 of WT and tumor follicle cells labeled by pseudotime.

Here is a tiny glimpse into our recent work: a #pseudotime analysis of wildtype and tumorigenic #Drosophila follicle epithelial cells using #Monocle3. Seeing a bioinformatic prediction that supports our in vivo findings is always my favorite part of the day!

The lab is growing! We welcomed Hannah as a new PhD student and Anna and Lina as Master's students in the lab. I am more than thankful to be working with such a motivated, fun group of researchers!

I see. To my knowledge there weren’t any notes that were made public. My quick summary would be: lots of exciting neuro people, lots of folks leveraging single cell (including us) and an increasing amount of metabolism research. Many of us publish on bioRxiv so that would be the best place to look.

Yes, all the reason to be jealous - it was amazing! Rumor has it we may have the next meeting in Portugal, hopefully next year. Maybe a good time to join and find out for yourself…?
