Every chance you get, say “fuck you” to authoritarian demands. One of the regime’s tools is making people believe resistance is futile—that acquiescence is the only option. But especially for those with power and privilege, the most basic, necessary act is to say: FUCK YOU.

I think there is a legitimate sense that there never seems to be enough to go around to help Americans here at home. The problem isn't foreign aid, but I understand why billionaires like Elon Musk want you to think it is.
A few facts about USAID:
1. It's only .6% of the federal budget
2. Gutting its programs will cede American leadership abroad to China & Russia.
3. It's not up to an unelected billionaire to decide its future.
