I listened to this on catch up while shopping in a supermarket abroad and found myself in tears by the yoghurt. Big love to Stuart. I know exactly how he feels - but it affected me in a different way and I think about it every day. The caller after Stuart as well, thank you ❤️

I worked in dentistry in the early to mid-80s. A course of treatment (for checkups, x rays, cleaning, extractions and fillings) was £13.80. If you needed dentures or crowns the maximum you would pay was (I think) £78. When the government changed the NHS dental system that’s when it broke.
