Agree, but the timeline on everything from application to valuations to approval has been extended time and time again.

Waiting, waiting, waiting for formal approval for a client purchasing a farm. Do the banks have any compassion for the stress this puts on their customers? 1 - 2 days is now closing in on 4. Plus there’s a whole other backstory which has put this behind by weeks.
