Eep
More on what @mac84.bsky.social suggested, temp being a weather symbol. Making a weather symbol in 5x7 'pixels' is kinda meh. So I though make it the same width as the DAY, so 18x11. It needs some work , not bad for first pass. At the moment , its click to change. And saves to prefs.
Its just a fixed variable. π All for show lol
nice picture, thanks for posting π
YES!
It may run under 9, I haven't tested it, but it's worth a shot
Tempting faith, I see :)
Sending Mac vibes for #MARCHintosh
Yes it will be released soon
Yes indeed, good point.
Just throwing this out there , would you not have the soldering along side the sanding and a common extraction / filter setup ?
Nice idea. Yea, I have a list of updates, and that shouldn't be a problem. A dropdown in preferences to pick weather or click on weather to cycle it to next one.
Give github.com/retrotheory/... BigMaclock a try, It supports dynamic pixel sizing so you can run it on a larger screen. #MARCHintosh
Use the "SetClock" Utility from Macintosh Garden, or use year offset to fix incorrect DAY , 1998 seems to work for this.
Preferences and about page on BigMaclock.
Instead of turning a clock into a vintage Mac, I turned a vintage Mac into a clock!, I though it would be fun given its #MARCHintosh The program can be downloaded here: github.com/retrotheory/...
It supports US/EU month day order AM/PM, Invert display, 'grey' background and alarm function
At 40 years old, this Macintosh Plus is officially living its best life: no social media, no notifications, and zero concept of "The Cloud"βjust a physical box of floppies and dreams

Are your jumpers set for CGA ? If 5 and 6 are both off then motherboard is set to MDA
We had a power brown out, and it just scrambled the display. The powercycle fixed it.
Picked up an old soldering station from a junk yard in Mos Eisley, seems to be stuck in Aurebesh mode.
It's the IBM 5151 monitor , shipped with the original IBM personal computer in 1981

Are, are you the puppeteer ? π
How tall can you make a 5150?
