Had a MARVELous walk today! I’m not doing this for clout but to raise awareness for men’s health. On average men die 6 yrs earlier than women. Men are 24% less likely than women to have visited a doctor. More than 1/3 of adults (34.9%) in the US are obese. 12.4% of men 18+ are in fair or poor health

It was 60 degrees! Yesterday rain wiped out my walk. I beat myself up but listen to your body & friends. 1 in 4 adults in US will experience mental health problem in given year. In America, 4 out of 5 suicides are men. Every day 90 American men die by suicide. Every minute, a man takes his own life.

Two years ago today we lost a great man, husband, father, brother and MoBro. Peter Seidler did so much for San Diego besides just owning a baseball team. He was generous, kind and always willing to listen and help. I think we all could learn from Peter and strive to live the Peter Seidler Way.

STILL MOVEMBER! I decided to push myself to do 120 miles. I do miss my goatee which covers my double chin, mole & chicken pox scar. But it’s not about me. It’s about men’s health. Day 5 of Movember involved 4 mile walk & celebrating my mom’s 82nd birthday. We’ve all known someone who had cancer. In 2005 my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a mastectomy & reconstruction surgery. It was terrifying for our family but she’s a fighter. I think we can all agree #fuckcancer
