No problem! It just takes a lot of experimenting and figuring out equivalent processes to say Maya or Blender bc ZB uses different parlance for some of the ZModeler functions which can be frustrating

I think Keos Masons have posted a lot of tutorials on YouTube for their general workflow wrt hardsurface in ZB -- their use case is for characters but could still be helpful

Zmodeler is the way to go. There's a lot of functions to learn/explore within it; generalized tutorials were helpful for learning. Using masking + polygroups and using the various polishing by polygroups functions can do A LOT to create more "organic" hardsurface stuff like helmets, armor etc.
