Environmental lawyers demand action on lead in school drinking water
Environmental lawyers asked the province to address high lead levels in drinking water at three school boards now under government control.
In Toronto, a Mott grantee called on federal officials to address lead in school drinking water. The Canadian Environmental Law Associationβs call to action followed a report which found that lead levels in drinking water in half of all Ontario public schools exceeded the federal standard.
