The reason we *remember* past historical tragedies is so we can live up to "never again". And all of a sudden so many people choose to just not see it. These are the moments when willful ignorange and silent obedience contribute to history repeating. We NEED to see our world for what it is.

I feel a lot of people have tuned it out because it's "too much" but I also really think in doing so there is an enormous amount of people who refuse to see how bad it has gotten and the real risks that the near future holds because they wanna have a fun life and that's just as dangerous.

It is not only a dictatorship, but they're openly encouraging and pushing ideals for a direction that justifies racism and ethnic cleansing. They have a high ranking officer wearing nazi uniforms on the regular now. You can pretend to be unaffected but don't be surprised when it gets worse.

There is no government. They're saying there will no longer be a government. That's a dictatorship. Any tax money that's collected is going to trump to spend as he pleases. And they're openly saying snap is used for "nails and weaves" and even "legal immigrants" don't deserve it. Everyone sees this?

I'd genuinely hate to be living in or visiting or even giving any money to the US right now when they have and will likely not have a functioning government again for years and knowing that money is literally just going to a dictator so spend on his vanity projects while people starve to death.

Yeah that definitely feels like a natural way to go but just....I really don't think lalas sell outside Japan maybe. Story can be banger and full of lore and dark moments but as soon as a potato is on screen waddling - you lost a lot of people's immersion. 🥲 but idk. Maybe that's just my groups feel

The current pop culture success meter is inherently attached to characters people can obsess over without judgement. XiV *needs* a new adult character that looks like an adult. Lalas are too googoo baby for the wider audience and people just don't connect as easily with things of other species.

My only other major live letter thought is sheer disappointment at a new lala npc... I cannot handle another expac trailer full of lalas. They're fine but I'm sorry, wuk and krile didn't sell or attach people to DT.

THIS IS UNIRONIC. I DO LOVE IT! IM HAVING A TON OF FUN! I'm not just convincing myself. I absolutely love creating things for other people who share the same interest and joys.

I actually love event planning ( except my own wedding )...incredibly time consuming and makes my eyes hurt and feel dizzy from staring at phone/pc ( or maybe it's the lingering sickness ) truly a joy.

I actually love the glasses! 😂 But moreso because she comes from a wealthy family so having a kinda nice medical item checks out...but the swirly aesthetic is also very munchkinland/ozian to me. 3 inch nails with diamonds in them...not so much. Maybe if she became the mayor but not as a runaway esp!
