I have so much respect for the healthcare workers who do their best in a system that is designed to make it so hard to get the care needed. Especially as someone on Medicaid.
As I prepare for my Peace Corps service, the biggest hurdle has been getting my medical clearance. Trying to navigate the healthcare system has been defeating and beyond frustrating at times.

Just watched the film Lee, with Kate Winslet as Lee Miller, a photographer who was a correspondent during WWII. Great film. And Andy Samberg was a damn revelation in such a dramatic role.
