Yesterday proved the power of running resourced candidates in every district, in every election.

That's our mission! We crowdfund for folks running in some of the reddest places in the country. Not despite the fact their race is hard – but because it is.

Last night, Democrats flipped 3 seats in MISSISSIPPI, breaking the supermajority in their state legislature. Democrats showed up and made massive gains in red districts all over the country.

They're hiding their faces–not their intentions.
This was filmed today as masked DC police & ICE agents stopped delivery drivers. A waste of resources.
This agent felt comfortable to say on camera that he was there "doing the Lord’s work.”
These are no longer religious undertones. They're overt.

One of the biggest takeaways about yesterday's protests?

They weren't just in blue places.

HUGE gatherings in rural spaces, in red states, in small towns.

It's an old saying: you don't see what you don't look for.

Well, yesterday a whole lot of red state Dems made it impossible to miss them. 1/

Friends, it's so important to run and support nominees everywhere.

The Democratic nominees in 14 special elections have outperformed the prez margins by an average of 10 points.

Let's keep 'em coming. Fight everywhere. Fund everywhere. LFG.

Republicans maintain Iowa House seat in tight special election victory Republican Blaine Watkins beat Democrat Nannette Griffin in Tuesday's special election to fill a vacant seat in House District 100.

The Democrat lost this Iowa statehouse special election by 4 ... in a district Trump won by 27 points.

We need to run, support, and fight everywhere. 💙

Tyranny requires fear, silence, compliance.

We'd argue that countering MAGA messaging, showing up in local communities, making electoral progress, and forcing the GOP to defend and fight everywhere is "winning" regardless of who gets the checkmark beside their name.

Since the election, our phones have been ringing off the hook. 4/

To fight back against the MAGA messaging machine, we need people who are actually willing to go toe-to-toe with the extremists in their own backyard.

Hard sell when Dems refuse to support an R+30 district because it's "unwinnable."

So what does "winning" mean, anyway? 3/

Over time, even as losses piled up on both the state & federal level, we've doubled/tripled down on that strategy.

Meanwhile, rural areas went from being conservative to being extreme. But rather than fighting harder in those areas, we've abandoned them altogether.

Not good long term strategy. 2/

Listen, if you're looking for a way to fight back against red state fascists that doesn't involve running **and supporting** candidates against those very same red state fascists...

Then we'd like a word.

For a really long time, Dem strategy has been to fund and support "flippable" districts. 1/

Maybe he thought spiking the cost of coffee would make folks forget the spiking cost of eggs.

It was never about "criminals" at all. It's about scooping up as many brown people as possible, meeting arrest quotas, and getting video of them being herded on to planes. Just take a step back and imagine it in black and white but a railroad car instead of a C-17.

Everything is dumb and terrible, and it's gonna be dumb and terrible for a while. It’s important to do what you can to make it less dumb and terrible, and it's important to find a way make some contentment for yourself in spite of everything being dumb and terrible.

You’re welcome but really the thank you is to you for everything you have done to help TN. You’re good peeps doing good things. I’m so glad you were able to help those candidates. It means a lot and will be pushing for funds to help our candidates in 2026.
