I want to go back to Marimar Martinez' request to lift protective order in her case. She was shot by CBP in October. As w/Good & Pretti, they lied to cover up shooting.
As a threshold issue, Bovino was just 1-degree of separation from all 3 shootings.

But what if there's something *more specific* that she wants to release? What if discovery explained what Charles Exum, the guy who shot her, was actually doing? What if one of the other people present at the Pretti killing was there when Exum shot Martinez?

The first shots went through the windshield (as with Good), later shots went through her side window.
Like w/Pretti, she had a lawfully licensed weapon (which never left her purse) they used as an excuse.
Bovino is headed back to El Centro which is basically Yuma without the glamor. He has stated previously that he would someday retire to North Carolina where, I guess, he owns an apple orchard. There he will probably spend the rest of his life spinning around every time he hears a twig snap.
