Very hectic here, both the people I work for (I’m some kind of PA 🤷🏻‍♂️) are poorly, so I’m having to organise the business side of things & their personal lives 😬
They’re elderly (both mid 80s) but incredibly busy & do lots & lots of philanthropic stuff.

I agree Gill, the Mediterranean diet is excellent. It’s just my experience of ‘corporate’ food at meetings & seminars was absolutely dire, I mean consistently appalling. This was, often, in healthcare settings. I felt I was in another reality. I would have loved anything remotely ’healthy’. 🙂

But…she may just live a little longer. All my ‘corporate’ food was fat, fat, a bit more fat…oh, and lots and lots of salt and sugar. Nutritionally speaking, zero.

He’s an absolutely vile individual. I can’t believe we continue to allow these people anywhere near the press.
