One of my all time fave hikes. Little Qualicum Falls near Qualicum Beach BC. Always a must do when I’m out in Vancouver Island. The scenery is beyond beautiful.

It’s more used for detecting A Fib. If you’re having an MI you’ll need a defibrillator not a portable EKG. Many cardiologists recommend the Kardia mobile ekg as it’s cheap and it detects A Fib really well. Nothing wrong with trying to prevent a stroke!
