Heard on Radio NZ this morning that the Emergency Mobile Alert we got at 2 a.m. regarding the tsunami was “a glitch”. A glitch that completely ruined my night’s sleep. Thanks Civil Defence.

I’m waiting for the pictures of ICE detaining Superman at SDCC.

I really want to go see the new Fantastic Four. But, it's been so expensive to go to the theaters, I've kind of blown my budget on Superman and Jurrasic World. So...I'm hesitating for financial reasons.

And I feel like you might be dealing with some gimbaling in your shoe rotations. You might want to set this up with nested nodes of single rotation axes. Keep going!

Cool. I see you went full Akira on the slide! There's a little pop in the shoe rotation from x44-45. And a sudden cam tilt in the early x50s. And yeah, the recovery from x68 on feels like it takes over a second, which would be slower than gravity. Shoot some reference with a real shoe!

Your cam is leading the action just a tad bit too much as the shoe is passing. And see if you can give the skid a bit more personality. Play with your timings. Good start, keep going!

Next time render with frame numbers so we can give you specific notes. There is a roll in the camera as the shoe passes that doesn't feel like a natural pan. And you can ease out your whip pan just a bit. The shoe appears to wobble towards cam as it's finishing the skid but is prob your cam chasing.

And here is a video of the accident in Ngauranga Gorge on SH1 that caused the delays in Wellington NZ today. Apparently the orange truck also got rear ended by a dump truck off camera. Sounds like the drivers were basically ok. This added 45 minutes to my drive time home.
