one old conversation i clicked into and it was from 2020 and it was someone asking me if i was okay and i had told him that my stepdad had been screaming at me and threatening me for working under 20 hours. hooooly shit haha

i've skimmed some conversations and they're things i have absolutely no memory of. it's like... baffling

been going through my discord friends and removing people i either don't remember or do not talk to and it's like... freeing in a way. but also wow there's a lot of people i just straight up do not remember

i do wish that there were map markers... makes it hard to tell what i've missed

wanted to try and draw but my wrists hurt from work... the front wheel of our trash bin fell off again and i've been having to hold the bin down and that strains my wrists. sucks that they still hurt ughhh

overall i think i just need more hobbies asides from like. scrolling and video games. i love hearing about the process of creating because it always makes me want to do more

watching people talk about shots in films makes me want to watch more movies

i wish i had two monitors so i could watch things while i draw

for the new year i think i'm gonna try and work through my backlog of video games. because oh boy

sometimes i cook with my dialogue and other times i write 3 versions of the same sentence because i don't know what i'm going for

i'm sure there are ppl who the vestiges do make perfect sense to. i am not one of them, nor will i ever be one of them. i Understand their narrative purpose and how they work in the story but i also just don't think they make sense.

again, though, i am also just a huge fan of speculative biology

i'm a huge fan of speculative/fictional biology and the vestiges being like, force ghosts (which, to my understanding, the force is like magic) just. feels weird when quirks originated from a genetic mutation. make it make sense

i can acknowledge that they're cool! the foreshadowing of their existence in deku's fight w shinsou is cool! but they also just piss me off as a concept when in context of mha

i usually LIKE stuff like the vestiges but it just feels Bizarre

sometimes i debate on whether or not i should watch star wars just so i have a better angle for complaining about why i don't really like the vestiges in mha
