Me when i get triggered to the point of a specific trauma holder becoming co-con with me to help deal with it, and then am surprised when I wake up exhausted the next morning 🍁

Actively planning the logistics of moving this summer has been so nerve-wracking. The farthest we've lived from our family has been an hour's drive, and now I'm moving four states away 😭 crazy

Ash has their own resolutions and now I have mine: journal every day! I got a journal page pack on Etsy for cheap that has pages where you fill in little squares for how the day went for specific categories and I'm hoping everyone will have the energy to keep up with at least those :)

This sounds crazy but we've been able to mostly stick to a routine using Miku Fitness Boxing on Switch. Since it's a rhythm game it keeps our neurodivergent brain engaged much more effectively than traditional workouts, and it's actually a great full body workout
