Beach weather is slowly returning, which means I need to work on my beach body. I'm eating right, however, I'm drinking too much and not moving enough. I know what I need to do, but it's way more fun to be rebellious.

Welp, I broke down for the first time this entire Florida "winter". The central heating is on.

Today would have been my pops' birthday. I miss him so much. What I would give to just have one more giggle with you. I love and miss you so much.

I've finally seen the last of my cough, a month of symptoms lingered from that flu. I worked out for the 1st time in over a month today, my strength and lung capacity are a fraction of what they were before Christmas. Time to get back at it 💪

Today would have been my mum's 71st birthday. I can't even imagine her at 71. I'd like to think she would have still be teaching yoga, then going for brunch with mimosas afterwards. No matter what she would be doing, she would have done it with a smile. That smile was the best on this planet.
