Idiots driving way too fast on v flooded roads today... Got cut up on A27 nr A23 turn off & a minute later - see same car has hit central reservation, veered across all lanes, leaving bumper & wheel arch strewn in oncoming traffic. Good job everyone else was alert & driving safely... #SussexPolice
