HARSH WRITING ADVICE: You can't control how your stories are read. You can't control how the marketplace behaves. You can't control what other people writer. None of these things have anything to dow tih you, your value as a person, or the quality of your words.

Thinking that maybe some authors might need to hear this today. (From a few years ago, the request was for "harsh" but I don't think it is.) Let yourself and your goals off the hook for things beyond your control.
