I've been leaning toward putting a changelog in the game directly, yeah - I've been thinking about how to best manage this for my game, we try to keep as much as we can between discord/reddit/steam + wiki but I know most of it ultimately is lost in our discord which bothers me

In your opinion, what's the ideal way to manage all of this information? Which games "do it right", and how?
