Similar issue here - because a lot of our more rural friends cannot receive courier deliveries we accept them at our shop building.

One of my first post college jobs was to complete the English & French technical docs for a few government intranets AND THERE WAS SO MUCH FIGHTING OVER EVERY WORD USE.

And a lot of people complaining about the fad of web pages.

Used to be me! It still makes me shudder.

I now absolutely want to buy us the little manila coin envelopes and print something of an homage to the old timey design sensibility of the Craig Co & Dominion Lock for us to package OUR cut keys in to customers.

And keys don't really just stop working so that's fine. They do however change their names and parts numbers like crazy.

The locksmith we bought out didn't use a computer or keep a real inventory. The keys are... minimally... organized and a lot of them are older. This occasionally results in hilarity like this:
