The way I freaking screamed the moment I realized what this is. I've been waiting for this for SO LONG. Most of the 40k community had been waiting for it for so long. But we never were sure if it'll be real.

Fun little Shad fact- I've acted as professor Delacey (the blind old man the creature becomes friends with) on stage once.

There's so much good in this film. The cast, the script, the direction, the set design. The way it stayed as close to the novel as I honestly think was possible. Absolutely wonderful.

Chemist was one of the classes I predicted for a long time to become playable, alongside geomancer and ranger. But none of those came true. 😔

Ya I don't mind skimping out on the processor, I'm ok with i5 or ryzen 5. I don't even mind a little less ram cause I can always expand it later.

Sadly I can't seem to find a 30 series laptop on the market that isn't a 50. I'll have to look around a bit more.

I'm also looking for something in the 30 (or the AMD equivalent) for mine. Laptop with 40 of just a bit out of my budget atm.

The model I've got my eyes on for now is an MSI with a 3050.

Basically, a lot of my campaign ideas for TTRPG are often either heavily JRPG-coded, or anime inspired. And FabU REALLY accommodates that kind of theme or setting, as it was a TTRPG inspired by classic JRPGs like Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest and Phantasy Star.

Finally got to GM a game of Fabula Ultima, and it's honestly one of the most fun systems I've ever run. So exciting.

But also sobering cause I see how rusty I am at GM-ing after not having done it in years.

Regardless, I think I'll use this system for more campaigns in the future.
