The sector will be past its hype scaling phase by the time any of those are operating. In the meanwhile, they're largely being powered by new gas plants, which can easily continue operating well past 2050.

i wish drawing was real

I've hurt a lot of people in my life, some of them really close friends. I did a lot of work to do better and become someone who wouldn't have done the things I've done. I feel like I've arrived at a better version of myself, but having arrived, those I'd have wanted to see the better me aren't here. They moved on a long time ago. That's ok. I still arrived.

I'm prone to melancholy as an adult. It's my default state, I suppose. My parents always told me that I was a happy child growing up, though. I knew no stranger. Mom would tell me stories of how - when I was around 5 - I would ask random people in the grocery store to give me a kiss. Joyful thing. That's the real, default me. It's one of my life quests to try and find that me again.
