If you are able to play today, General Zeta is handing out glowing masks with a 100% drop rate
I did too. Great for my carnival camp since I can use free place to make something like this
Got enough brain bombs and cranberry relish stocked to get both of my accounts across the finish line before the weekend. Let's do this.
Just did my first ever live stream earlier. Played three hours of #Fallout 76 and tried summoning the Vendor Bot Responder on a whim at the last minute. Ended the stream with another hunter's long coat on the first try. lol

This list is a little old, but pretty much every Adobe product has a free alternative these days
It raised the bar so much on mini seasons. We'll see how the Night at the Morgue mini season on Oct. 21 compares
FO3 and NV definitely show their age, but I've found diving into some of the DLC before hitting Vegas feels better. Their shorter and punchier story lines provide more of a hook, at least for me.
Here's my glowing mask haul for this round of Fasncht
For me, I use the term "guilty pleasure" to acknowledge that something I like is trash even though I feel 0 shame for liking it
The series entered guilty pleasure territory around Tremors 3. I love the first two so much, but I have a hard time recommending the rest. lol
Just got it
Week 1 of #Fasnacht in Fallout 76 is over. Here are my glowing masks from the event so far. This doesn't include all of the glowies I've gotten in previous events.
#fallout76 #fo76
IIRC one of the skiing outfits and fishing outfits he sells are also rare. They don't hit player vendors often since they don't resell well, but they're worth getting if you are after rare apparel
Here's a clip I made with the two trigger points. I didn't get the VBR in this clip, but the eyebot and aliens spawn in the same place he can. Just take a few steps onto the bridges and turn around. I got several long coats, winter jackets, clean space suits, and clean straight jackets the other day
Just an FYI, but looks like the non-glowing rare Fasnacht masks are being demoted to uncommon tomorrow.
As for the others, the Vendor Bot Responder is pretty easy to farm. I just server hop the Charleston Train Station since there are two trigger points for the encounter.
I got hyped for it last year when it was added to the PTS around this time, so I'm not celebrating until it hits live
When server hopping, open up the atomic shop in between joining servers. If you move too quickly you'll land on the same server, but opening the shop will slow you down enough that the next server you join has time to randomize. I learned that trick when farming random encounters
Which ones? As far as I've seen there are no faction locked camp allies. If you don't pick up the Settler Forager or Settler Wanderer in Foundation or the Raider Punk in Crater they can all be gotten in random encounters.
The list of canning compatible food is all over the place. It's not just one type of food like soups, or something like low/mid-tier buffs only. I appreciate that it's here, but I'm hoping the list gets properly expanded. As it sits it's just a lump of wasted potential.
There are a few games that I play on hard/very hard, but that's not because I think that's the "right way". Normal difficulty is just not balanced around my loot goblin tendencies.
I just threw 1k fish bits at Linda-Lee after finishing up my 76 glowing fish grind. Even in my nuke weather camp with improved bait that took ages.
There was a time I would go as far as soloing Eviction Notice to get all of those legendaries, but that was before the legendary crafting tweaks and the glut of other legendary item sources we have now
Meat Week would have also counted, but Collision Course is great if you're in a hurry since it's a proximity trigger as long as that specific server is not on a cooldown
I always use Collision Course for event completion challenges like that
No such thing
Doesn't help that I'm low on caffeine, so my writing style gets convoluted. I definitely could have worded my original post better. lol
That's why I say improved is the lowest tier you can use for axolotls. Common (which is lower than improved) has a 0% chance to catch them no matter the weather. Common can be used for everything else though, including local legends.
Improved bait is the lowest tier you can use for catching axolotls, but everything else can be caught using common+. I caught Wavy Willard using common after burning 160 or so improved trying to catch him. Walked away with 9 axolotls from the improved bait spree tho. lol
Atlantic City weather station has no impact. Skyline Valley, Mothman, Radstorm, and Nuke count as nuclear blast zones for fishing. Snow, Thunderstorm, and Aurora count as rain.
With how unapologetic you two are in your views both in the pod and on social, you'd think they'd have stopped listening ages ago. I just don't get some people. lol
