Anyway a great way to radicalize people is for them to realize that you just abandoned their chance at being able to access and afford health care because you didn’t like waiting in line at the airport.

Cull the Democratic Party. Systematically chip away all the weak, corporate centrists and corrupt, gutless elected officials who refuse to fight and instead suck at the teat of the oligarchy.

In a normal democracy, a total collapse of party leadership would result in an no-confidence vote and immediate snap elections to find leaders who can lead

even when the democratic party has leverage and one of the craziest election swings the party intentionally self immolates it’s just so exhausting what is even the point of these people

I see people say things like "will *they* let us have x, y, z" as it relates to the fascists and their enablers and I am here to say THEY WON'T *LET* YOU HAVE ANYTHING AT ALL. You have to band with others to TAKE what you want. That's really it.

39% of the people who are on SNAP are children… I could go on with all the facts but honestly it’s a google search away.

Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.

Notice how fast the billionaire stepped up to fund the military, but no one is stepping up to fund SNAP?

No one will step up to fight for a living wage, healthcare, disability supports or education.

They want to keep us down because it benefits them.

The billionaires will always stick together.

Gentle reminder that should a general strike happen, it’s crucial to plan and establish robust networks of community care.

There will be people, especially within the disability community, who can’t participate.

Who have needs that must be met.

Let’s make sure we figure out how to include them!

No comment, beyond the fact that in 2022 an avg. of 7 children a DAY died from gun violence in the USA.

No comment, but gun deaths are the leading cause of death in children, ahead of car crashes and cancer.

In my state with just a first and last name you can view someone’s home address and entire voting history. THIS IS A GOVERNMENT WEBSITE. So was the candidate bad or do women with a stalker or abusive partner not feel safe registering go vote?

The MSNBC commentator saying that most political violence has historically come from the left just once again showed how we suffer from failing to learn history. Lynching, pogroms, race riots, the political violence that ended Reconstruction, and against the Civil Rights Movement. Come on.

The biggest scandal in US public life *ought* to be that we are the richest country in history & yet our infrastructure sucks, our transportation choices suck, our cities suck, our healthcare sucks, our public administration sucks, & in dozens of little ways, our daily lives suck.

If you want capitalism, fascism, state sanctioned violence, etc. to wither away, you have to build collective power, rooted in community, that decreases your reliance on exploitative systems and challenges their supremacy.
