Alright then

How much did it cost? If they're using Reinin dichotomies then I'm afraid the length of the interview will not mean much. Not to mention the diminishing returns.

We have personality and machines don't.

I have a simple introduction to socionics here:

They use it to ask questions about typology too.
LLMs are quite bad at socionics in particular because there aren't a lot of sources out there for it and it mixes it up with MBTI.

Realistic. If you go far enough into the future they would use incompatible file formats.

Socionics is not a spinoff of MBTI; it was developed independently.

Above all what?

Socionics isn't an offshoot of MBTI, it was developed independently. And Jack didn't come up with it either.

Wisdom comes from experience and undergoing hardship. Very easy to be smart without having that.

"Alien people" lol, my interest in this subject is casual at best. My understanding was that the other hypotheses didn't fit very well. Which one better explains the data? You only need one.

It took seeing adult bullies to understand that my childhood bullies didn’t even really want to hurt me, they just wanted to feel powerful and how I felt about it wasn’t even in the equation.

I can’t imagine someone not outgrowing that, but apparently it happens quite a lot!

We already know 2 is true (at least for travel, if not communication) due to the speed of light. And then again there is Tabby's star which proved that even if you have convincing evidence, people still won't believe it.

When I worked in UK academia I recall hearing of a Japanese man who was baffled at how Britain had decided to run its universities like firms. “Why? Your universities are excellent and your firms are terrible.”

"You can type someone as a Ni user by what they talk and how they talk etc."

I broadly agree with your point here, we type people by the content of their expressions (Fe) and actions (Se). I guess I'm not really sure what the problem is then — rationality in socionics is different from J/P in MBTI.

The Presence Cube A blog about socionics theory and practice

In socionics all the IMEs are "external" i.e. observable to different degrees, not just the extroverted ones. Observability is determined by which function they occupy: sedecology.blogspot.com/2020/07/the-...

"writes Kenneth Gergen"

What does the name Kenneth Gergen refer to, if not a unified self?

Much of the terminology in socionics is old and outdated: id, superid, creative/demonstrative/mobilizing functions. Even ethics is arguably worse as a name than feeling. Unfortunately it doesn't seem worth it to change them. Maybe after the semantics are nailed down once and for all.
