Every time I posted about how much my insurance was through the Exchange, people would say, “what are you talking about? I’m only paying $33 a month.”

Those people are about to find out they were on Medicaid.

Say someone unemployed was on Medicare or SNAP. So what? Why am I suppose to be mad that my taxes are paying for someone’s healthcare and food? I want that to be what they pay for. If you don’t want that, then you’re an asshole and I’m tired of people not saying that.

I try to be as positive as I can online without being toxic. But I'll admit, it's really, really hard sometimes. I just want immigrants and queer people to be safe and happy.
