This is the Hawaiian parent that is reporting an assignment given at her child’s school. It repeatedly asks for the child to provide pictures of all family members and their places of work.

The woman also stated her child’s school is predominantly white.

A mother in Arizona has also reported her child’s school also received a similar immigration questionnaire. It included a map the child is asked to color in that says where their parents came from.
