You’ll also need your birth certificate, Social Security card and two proof of address (utility bill, current ID etc).
The REAL ID should be under 20.
The passport is a whole different egg.
I can’t help you there bc I only ever filled out for an emergency one.
If you don’t have your marriage certificate but you have other documents such as a divorce decree or marriage registration, as long as they’re official (signed by a judge, state seal etc) your Motor Vehicles Division may accept them for the REAL ID.

A REAL ID may not satisfy what the SAVE Act might require. A passport will. However to get a passport you may need to enter a federal building. You can’t do that without a REAL ID now. So if you don’t have one and need to get your passport get the REAL ID first.
Start asking for help if you need to get documents to vote. This is getting ugly.
