BUT I would wonder if partial copyright could happen if the deck has a guidebook that was authored completely by the deck creator…it’s a bit murky but from what I’ve read it seems the degree of human authorship/creation is key!
From my understanding, it really depends on the degree of human involvement with creating the images. If the images for the cards are purely someone giving a prompt to AI, then the image created could not be copyrighted by the deck creator as there isn’t human authorship there
