"Never give up" doesnโ€™t mean doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting it to work.

When something fails, learn from it, make changes, and try again.

After all, repeating the same thing and expecting different results is... well, you know.

It's almost 2025.

You can safely assume others can hear you and see your screen.

Donโ€™t worryโ€”if they canโ€™t, theyโ€™ll let you know.

I understand that we are trying to make loading screens creative and fun, but this seems odd to me.

What are your thoughts?

I worked with many exceptional folks who had a lot to share. But unfortunately most didn't get to hear their amazing ideas.

I spoke with management and got the approval to setup an internal meetup. We had great knowledge sharing sessions, we would have not had otherwise.

๐Ÿ˜• "I don't have time to go to tech meetups" is a phrase I heard often from my work colleagues.

They cited two main reasons.

1๏ธโƒฃ The meetups are not close to where they lived.
2๏ธโƒฃ The meetups happen after work time.

๐Ÿค” So I thought, what if I bring the meetup to them?
