It’s Ben, and it’s a bit convoluted. The not well-collected 1995 Spider-Man Holiday Special has a Ben and Johnny story.

Ben has memories of being friends with Johnny (everything published from Amazing Fantasy 15 up to, roughly, 1972), since he has Peter’s memories up to the point of cloning.
