Not everyone on Medicaid is abusing the system or a supposed "illegal." Some are disabled and can not provide for themselves and don't qualify to be covered under a family member's policy.

He's a total asshat. Some folks, like my 27 year old brain cancer survivor son, is on Medicad (as I am not allowed to carry him on my medical insurance as an adult), relies on Medicaid for his medical care.

NEW: My staff has confirmed reports that Medicaid portals are down in all 50 states following last night's federal funding freeze. This is a blatant attempt to rip away health care from millions of Americans overnight and will get people killed.
