Made my first dish with my new @cookanyday cookware. My version of salmon rice. Frozen mixed vegetables instead of frozen spinach. Everything cooked in the microwave but the salmon, which was leftover from a previous meal. Took about 25 minutes total. Enough for 4. Delicious!
