[1/2] SHIPPING/GENERAL UPDATE:
Geiger is having a difficult recovery from a planned surgery and has not been able to get back to the shop when planned.

Thrush will be trying to get packages out tomorrow starting with the oldest orders. If you need to cancel your order due to the delay, we will--

2024 Shipping complete! All orders not impacted by the Canada mailing issue have been shipped or will go out tomorrow morning.

We will resume shipping for new orders on 1/6/25. This is also when USPS service to Canada is expected to resume (link below).

--will ship to Canada, and the we confirmed this today with our local postmaster, who said the option hasn't been "switched back on yet," at least at our post office; they could not process our packages.

Very sorry for the wait. We haven't forgotten, and we will keep trying.

WE STILL CANNOT SHIP TO CANADA (temporarily)

We know the strike ended back on the 19th, but we are still unable to send packages through the US Postal Service.

Yes, we have a few weeks hope to get out on Monday-- our online shipping service still won't process packages to/routed through Canada despite the resumed service. If things aren't fixed by then, we'll send them out the old fashioned way ASAP.

We will be keeping watch on the community pulse to see how shops and silicone enjoyers are managing.

That said, we do have multiple existing oversees clients who use a third-party buying service for other regions, and we have no logistical issues shipping to these proxies. Please note that have no control over what happens to the packages for the second half of their journey.

SHIPPING STATUS
We currently have about 40 orders slated to ship out next week, mostly from last weekend.

Regarding Proxy-EU Shipping:
Because we have no information as to the legality or viability of using a proxy service to circumvent the new regulations, we cannot make a recommendation here.

As of today, you should no longer be able to check out from any EU country. If any orders do go through, we will have to cancel them.
