I respect Savage Dragon the same way I respect Gold Digger or Tarot: Witch of the Black Rose.

My genuine opinion of Savage Dragon is that while it has not ever really been that good, it is probably one of the most honest works of storytelling out there. Larson just telling the story he wants to tell, unburdened by publisher pressure or popular consensus.

I tried to draw a Knight themed around the rat purse with the idea that he had a big chainmail vest filled with gold coins he had looted but instead it came out looking like he was wearing a massive chainmail diaper wrapped around his shoulders and filled with shit. Nope. Not posting that.
