Dürrekarte Deutschland

Heute ist der 22. März (Weltwassertag) und in fast ganz Deutschland sind die oberen Bodenschichten ausgetrocknet.
Die Karten des UFZ Dürremonitors weisen sogar extreme Dürre in vielen Landesteilen aus.
Das sollte man ernst nehmen. Anstatt über die Abschaffung des Umweltministeriums zu fabulieren.

With each new bag of rice I put it into a container, I use my traditional 合 cup and level off with a knive's edge, then I weigh the contents.
If I ever lose track of the rice cup, I can always use my scale. Different batches can vary by up to 4 g per 1 合.

Here's the curry mix packet

Yesterday's Japanese curry for one (a single block of S&B medium hot curry), 130 mL of water, and 1/5 of the original ingredient amounts (carrot, potato, onion). Then some Botan brown rice alongside. Delicious!

There are good and inexpensive micom cookers that do half a rice cup. Cuckoo and Zojirushi 3 Cup machines might suit you.

I got up early and made a gō of Jasmine rice (for me, it's 144g for this bag I'm using). Worth the longer wait!
